So I went to my WW meeting on Thursday and was quite dismayed to GAIN .4 pounds. WTF is up with that??? I seriously have to get more on plan, better about eating at least 3 meals a day, better about tracking. It's the only thing I can think of (other than it was freezing so I wore a sweater instead of a tshirt, LOL!!) that would make me gain. Not eating enough. Not eating enough of the right things. Do I say the same things every week??? I think I do. Frick.
