I haven't posted in a bit. Didn't post last week when I gained .8. Two small gains in a row. Ugh. My WW leader asked me if there was anything she could do to help. Of course, I was like no, not really. I am a grown up, I know what I am doing wrong. I know I could be better with tracking, with eating from all the food groups, with eating breakfast, with eating all of my Points. It's DOING IT that I seem to struggle with.
So she told me to track this week and she wanted to see it at the next meeting. So I did. And guess what? I lost 3.4 pounds this week!! OMG!! She didn't even look at my tracker, because obviously I had done it and it works!! Shocking eh?!?! Now I have a fire under me to do it again this week. I am also going to start a workout routine - 3 days a week. Of course I am going to start on Monday. *insert groan* I know, what a cliche. LOL!! Oh well.
So I am down 22.4 pounds!! Next step is to hit that 25 pound mark!!
